Western's learning management system, OWL, provides a user-friendly platform with plenty of tools to keep you engaged and active in the online classroom.

Remember - You will not have access to your course until the official start date. Please refer to your receipt or our website for this information.

Accessing your course

Internet Connection

High-speed internet is recommended.

 

Username and Password

OWL uses the same username and password as myWCS. Login to OWL using your wcs_username and password.

If you are a Western faculty member, staff member, or student, please use your Western Identity user id and password to log in above.

If you have forgotten your username or password, click here, your password will be emailed to you.

Once you are logged into OWL you can troubleshoot any problems with the Common Problems link on the right of this page. If you are still having trouble logging in, please contact us at 519.661.3658, or by emailing cstudies@uwo.ca. We make every effort to resolve any problems as soon as possible.

What if you don't see your course?

Are you registered? View your Registration History in myWCS.

Has the course started? Your course will not appear until the official start date of the course. If the course has started and you cannot view it in the top navigation bar, click "More Sites. "
