Description

This course will introduce general and specific components of male and female leadership styles. We will discuss the effective communication, time management, and interpersonal skills required to manage and advance effectively. You will learn to generate strategies to improve performance and lead more effectively by understanding gender diversity.

What You Will Learn

At the completion of this course students will be able to:

  • Understand the differences in male and female leadership and communication styles
  • Identify strategies to enhance your advancement into leadership positions
  • Review time management, interpersonal, and stress reduction skills required for work-life balance
  • Understand global issues in leadership

This is an interactive course, which includes lectures, group exercises and discussion.
