Through employee agreements, many employers provide educational assistance for staff to develop skills and gain knowledge, which can be applied directly to their roles.
If you are eligible for educational funding, the most common method is for employees to pay for their own tuition when they register for classes. The employee is then reimbursed when he or she submits the receipts and evidence of earning a pass upon completion of the class.
