Handling Resistance

In this new Spark Session facilitated by Janine Higgins, you will dive into an understanding of the science behind what’s going on in the brain when we are faced with resistance, and how you can manage others’ resistance effectively.

Playwriting

Are you feeling a spark of creativity? Ready to turn your fabulous narrative into a stage-ready masterpiece?

This course will allow you to workshop your playwriting with a group of like-minded creative writers. Discover your inner Shakespeare, and build a foundational understanding of mapping a scene, developing conflict in your narrative, and defining objectives.

 

Performance Management and Communication

Does your next big assignment at work require you to get your colleagues to step it up a notch? This workshop course will give you the communication tools you need to manage employee performance and inspire others to achieve goals and excel in their work.

 

Change in Project Management

For Project Managers, ongoing change is typically a massive factor every day on the job.

This advanced course ties Change Management tools into the Project Management Body of Knowledge® to help Project Managers identify the ways in which their projects involve change, and map out a strategy for their projects that will manage any barriers to change that might be standing in their way.
