What to Expect

This is an interactive course; you will engage online with your class and instructor through our online learning management system. Plan to log into your course regularly throughout the week.

Online Assessment

During the course you will complete an online Thomas Kilmann Instrument (TKI) assessment. You will receive an individual report to help you better understand your behaviour in conflict situations so you can improve how you manage conflict.

There will be six live Zoom sessions in this course.

Completion Requirements

This is a graded course where a complete or incomplete will be issued. Evaluation will be based on participation and completion of course activities. You must attend at least five of the six scheduled live Zoom sessions.
