Overview

In this nine-course certificate program, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of the concepts that guide the design and implementation of different types of clinical trials. The program is offered online from September to April.

University graduates or professionals with a background in health sciences looking to enhance their resumes and those who want to enter the field.

Part-Time Duration: Two years. Year one: September to April (5 courses), Year two: September to April (4 courses)

Note: Program fees do not include any costs for class materials such as textbooks and software.

Domestic Requirements: Undergraduate Degree, in health sciences, science, or nursing, with a minimum average of 70% in the last two years of study.

International Requirements: A minimum overall average of 70% (around a B- or 2.7 GPA) in your Bachelor's degree in health sciences, science, or nursing,  as calculated by Western and after translation to Canadian GPA.
