Hire an Intern

Access skilled, career-ready talent and build your future workforce.

Our interns are degree-holding professionals who have completed intensive, applied training in business, communication and marketing, or health and environmental sciences before entering the workplace. They bring focused expertise, fresh perspective, and the ability to contribute from day one, while giving you a low-risk way to assess future hires.

Why host one of our interns

  • Degree-qualified candidates with specialized, job-ready skills
  • Interns who have completed substantial applied coursework before placement
  • Flexible hiring options across multiple areas of specialization
  • A proven talent pipeline with the potential to convert to full-time hires

How it works

  • Students complete 8 months of applied coursework before their work term
  • Most programs include a 4-month paid or unpaid work-integrated learning term
  • In Pedorthics, students complete two practicums across three terms
  • All students hold a prior undergraduate degree, and many bring previous work experience

Communications and Marketing

We make it easy to hire

  • We act as a partner, not just a posting board.
  • Share a job description or connect with us for a quick conversation
  • We can post your role directly to students or direct them to your careers site
  • Optional support with collecting and organizing application packages
  • A dedicated point of contact throughout the process

We use “internship” as an umbrella term to describe internships, co-ops, and practicums, depending on the program.
