French Teachers' Program

Immerse yourself in Quebecois culture at Western’s renowned French Immersion School

The curriculum for French as a second language teaching in Ontario and other provinces in Canada has been revised according to the principles listed in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for Languages.

Our French Teachers' Program is taught entirely in French. It includes a theoretical overview of the neurolinguistic approach and an examination of the various active learning strategies for oral production, reading, and writing as they relate to this approach. This two-week immersion program is designed for FSL teachers or teacher candidates wishing to deepen their understanding of these principles.

Join us in Trois-Pistoles, Quebec.
