LATE ARRIVAL

If you cannot be in Canada by the scheduled start date, you must be approved for a late arrival. To request approval:

1. Download the LATE ARRIVAL FORM
2. Complete the form
3. Email it to postdegree@uwo.ca

WITHDRAW FROM A PROGRAM

You must contact Western Continuing Studies in writing to officially request changes to your courses or to be withdrawn from a Post-Degree credit course or program.

Refund schedules and policies for credit programs are set by Western University.
