For programs that require you to apply for admission, there is a one-time, non-refundable application fee.
Course fees vary. Check the course details on our website for more information. Course fees do not include required materials or textbooks.
A program may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place. Check program details for more information.
Discounts must be applied at the time of registration. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively and discounts cannot be combined. Applicable discounts vary by course and some exclusions apply. Check the course details on our website for more information.
Please contact our office for more information on whether you qualify for one of our discounts.
Some courses may have additional costs for materials such as textbooks, software and optional activities. Check the course details for more information.
A fee will apply for documents such as a replacement certificate or transcript.
Full payment is required to secure your spot in a non-credit course. You are not considered registered until payment is received. Payment includes all course fees except required materials and textbooks.
Full payment or a non refundable deposit is required for our French Immersion program. Credit programs (Post-Degree and French Immersion) students will be billed by Western’s main campus to your Student Centre account.
If you do not meet the completion/grade or attendance requirements or you exceed your educational assistance limits in courses at WCS, you are required to reimburse Western Continuing Studies for the full cost of the course within 30 days:
- You will be contacted by email to provide credit card information to collect the fees;
- An immediate hold will be placed on your account in our registration system;
- WCS will contact Human Resources about your outstanding fees to prevent further claims under the educational assistance program; and
- A Fail/F will be placed on your student record.
