WCS has a variety of professional development opportunities for all our instructors.

Our Learning Experience team hosts new instructor sessions to prepare you to teach at WCS. We also offer drop-in sessions on several topics to help you plan and deliver the best learning experience possible. 

In addition, all WCS instructors can enrol in the Professional Certificate in Learning and Development and any of our Spark Sessions free of charge. We strongly encourage our entire instructional team to complete this program.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Develop practical knowledge and skills for designing and delivering education for adult learners in-person or online and acquire a solid understanding of the concepts and principles of teaching adults. This program will teach you how to foster a learning environment that improves the knowledge, skill, and ability of adult learners.
