This is a Western University accredited Certificate program. The program consists of 10 courses taken from September to April.

Domestic Requirements: Undergraduate Degree, with a minimum average of 70% in the last two years of study.

International Requirements: A minimum overall average of 70% (around a B- or 2.7 GPA) in your Bachelor's degree as calculated by Western and after translation to Canadian GPA.

CHRP and CHRL Designation: This Diploma is recognized by the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and meet course requirements towards CHRP/CHRL designations.
