This course is part of our Post-Degree Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety Management.

This course examines the structure and function of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). The course will focus on the WSIB’s role in promoting and managing workplace health, safety, and wellness. It will also educate workplace parties about their roles and obligations related to an injury or illness, modified work, and work reintegration. The course will encompass new legislation as it relates to mental health.  Workplace wellness will also focus on addiction and family assistance programs.
