Learn how to develop an application (app) from conceptualization to design, development, and launch. Explore how to build mobile apps and web-based applications by identifying the proper frameworks while considering usability requirements across different Android, iOS, and web-based platforms. Discover the technologies and design principles for mobile app and web-based application development.

Virtual Bootcamps

Learn online from anywhere. You will learn live with your instructor and classmates and also work independently throughout the week.


Game-Based Learning

This game-based approach uses game elements to teach specific skills and allows you to learn, engage and interact in a fun and dynamic way. 

You will play with coding while discovering the skills to build your own mobile application or website. As a result of using Full Stack’s programming skills, you will transfer your prior work experiences to authentic and relevant coding skills and abilities while learning in a game-based environment.

Showcase your abilities in the program with a Capstone Project that involves either publishing the newly created app on various mobile stores or, in the case of a web-based application project, to a web-platform suitable for the project’s purpose.

To register complete the above application and upon receipt of acceptance (delivered by email), you have the option of paying the course fee in full or paying in installments. To pay in installments, registration must occur by January 20, 2022.

What to Expect

This is an intensive part-time program offered in collaboration with the University of Calgary Continuing Education through the RoboGarden online learning platform.

This intensive online Bootcamp runs for 22 weeks with live evening instruction on weekdays.


Jan 24 to May 13
Learn live with your instructional team and classmates and expect approximately 12 hours of independent work per week.

Live Tutorials
Tuesday - Friday 8:00pm - 10:00pm ET

May 16 - June 10
Build your portfolio and apply your knowledge to the Capstone Project.

Completion Requirements

This is a graded course where a pass or fail will be issued. Evaluation will be based on completion of course activities and the final capstone project. Attendance in the live sessions is required.


No textbook required. All course materials are provided.

Students will be required to create accounts and use tools typically used in the technology industry like Slack and GitHub.
